Plain-English terms.

You promote Safe for humans to your audience. We pay you $1.00 USD for every person who installs the iOS app from your unique creator link (safeforhumans.app/c/<your-slug>) and then starts a paid $1.99/month subscription within 30 days of clicking. Payouts go out monthly, NET-15, once your balance reaches $20.

Anyone over 18 with an audience that cares about food, ingredients, health, or family. No minimum follower count. We approve applications manually — if we don’t think we’re a fit, we’ll say so politely.

• No self-referrals. You can't earn bounties by installing the app yourself or on devices you control.
• No paid ads on your link. Running Meta/Google/TikTok ads pointing at your creator link is prohibited unless we approve it in writing first.
• No incentivized installs. Don't promise people anything in exchange for installing (“install this and I'll Venmo you”). Real audiences only.
• No false claims. Don't say the app does things it doesn't, and don't claim it's medical advice (it isn't).
• No spam, no impersonation, no hijacking other creators' codes.
• No traffic from bot farms, click farms, or anything you wouldn't want to admit to in public.

Violating any of these means we can void unpaid bounties, terminate your participation, and (in egregious cases) report fraud to PayPal or law enforcement.

When someone taps your link, we copy the URL to their device clipboard and forward them to the App Store. The Safe for humansapp reads it on first launch and credits you. We also support Apple Universal Links for users who already have the app installed. Attribution is best-effort and Apple-mediated — somewhere around 70–85% of installs will be successfully credited. We don’t accept disputes about uncredited installs because there’s no way to retroactively verify them.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You’re responsible for your own taxes. If you’re a US person and you earn over $600 from this program in a calendar year, US tax law requires us to file a 1099-NEC. We’ll ask you to fill out a W-9 before your first payout crosses that threshold. International creators are responsible for taxes in their own jurisdiction.

Either of us can end your participation at any time, for any reason. If we terminate you for violating these terms, we may void unpaid bounties. If we terminate without cause, we’ll pay out any bounties you’ve already qualified for. You can leave the program any time — write to support@safeforhumans.app.

We may update these terms. Material changes (anything that affects how much you earn or how you get paid) we’ll email you about at least 14 days in advance. Other changes go live when we publish them here.

You can talk publicly about being in our Creator Program. You can’t share confidential information we send you privately (specific bounty rates we negotiate one-off, internal product roadmaps, etc.).

This isn’t exclusive. You can promote other apps, other foods, competitors, whatever. We just ask that the content you share alongside our link is honest about what Safe for humans does.

We’ll do our best to work disputes out informally over email. If something has to go further, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
